I'm a creative and adventurous soul. I'm always trying to make things, design things and learn new things (languages, sports, cooking, crafts, cultures, travels, etc.). I'm just super curious about all things!
A few years ago after a depression, I healed my mind through traveling, slowing my life's pace down, and reconnecting to nature. Yoga became part of my life. Then, a few years later, I discovered I had a chronic illness, and I started practicing yoga more intensively and also made huge changes to my diet and my relationship to food. These experiences left me changed forever and I've become passionate about helping others in similar struggles. I'm now a strong defender of healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle. I encourage people to lead more mindful and self-connected lives through the practice of yoga and through a healthy conscious diet.
