Having practised yoga for almost thirty years, I began teaching 17 years ago and am now coming to the end of my post graduate yoga therapy training. I run group classes, day and weekend retreats, yoga camps and holidays as well as working one to one.
My aim as a guide and teacher is to share with people the tools I've learned through my own yoga experience, to bring more balance, joy and passion into life. My emphasis is on working with breath to create space, peace, relaxation and well being. I work with my environment and with the seasons, accepting that practice is ever changing.
