I believe that we have the ability to no longer be held hostage by our thoughts and emotions that cause us to suffer, and we can cultivate this ability to create awareness, promote healing, and build resilience through the integration of somatic experience (movement), mindful meditation, and the movement of energy via the breath. We can learn to tap into our inner resource to create a sense of well-being. The tools of yoga therapy can empower people to navigate the currents of mental and emotional challenges and to feel more at peace with themselves and more connected to the world around them. I offer these tools in a safe, nurturing, and caring environment. By becoming active participants in our healing process, we feel more in control of our emotions and our lives.
