My yoga roots began with a heart-felt, alignment based practice which healed my body and then my mind and spirit. It continues to influence me both on and off the mat. I completed my 500 hour teacher training through Inner Peace Yoga Therapy and am continuing to work toward the 800 hour Yoga Therapist Certification. I strongly believe in yoga as a healing practice that returns us to wellness. My classes flow with precise alignment cues which draw on my training in structural assessment, alignment, anatomy, positional therapy and work toward emotional balance.
