I discovered yoga when I was 16. I went with a friend to help us with our flexibility for ballet training. After that I attended classes throughout my dance career and life to help with stress and anxiety, during my pregnancies and to compliment my Pilates and Gyrokinesis training and teaching. Last year I completed a power yoga teacher training and began to teach yoga . I love taking classes of any style but I have been inspired by Sadie Nardinis core strength vinyasa. Now although a fledgling at teaching yoga, it brings me great joy. I am slowly getting into the groove of my own daily yoga practice and it has been life changing for my quality of life. The classes I teach are a development of my practice and study. They are a vinyasa style. Xo
