I entered the world of yoga in the year 2000 while I was working in the corporate world and needed to find some balance.
In 2011 I made a move to Vancouver Island and then had the time to finally take my yoga certification.
I completed my 300hr Hatha Yoga Certification with Ajna Yoga in Victoria, BC and continued to earn my credentials in Yin, Chair Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
During my time in Victoria and the Greater Victoria Area, I specialized in gentle Hatha-Flow classes, core-strength yoga, restorative and yin yoga.
In 2012, in conjunction with Pacifica Paddlesport, we introduced SUP Yoga to Vancouver Island.
Fast forward to 2016 I have returned to my home town of Calgary, AB and am anxious to share my lovely west-coast style yoga with the City.
