A fluid, powerful and playful Vinyasa class with an emphasis on breathing, balance, and intention. Set to music in a heated room you will have fun, sweat, detoxify and exhilarate your body and mind. Some prior experience is helpful, but modifications are given along the way.
Work the core and more in mat Pilates! Benefits include toning, flexibility, better posture, efficient movement and an emphasis on abdominal strengthening. Some classes will utilize props such as resistance bands, light weights, physio balls, overballs and foam rollers.
A playful, fun, no stress all levels vinyasa class that focuses on balance, core strentgh, and mindfulness. Vinyasa is appealing for its flowing nature as you transition from one pose to the next using your breath to link each pose together. Weather permitting we will be outside in the gardens (a towel under your mat may be helpful) or we will be inside the spacious barn/gallery.
