Chaitanya Hari is founder and director of Yoga Nisarga. He has practiced Yoga and meditation since he was six-years-old, and has been interested in studying spiritual/mystical traditions since his teens. He had toured many sacred places and explored many types of Yoga all over India. He is a certified in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Sivananda Yoga. Chaitanya has also studied many meditation methods. His teachings are infused with great joy, enthusiasm, humor, peacefulness and personal attentiveness to his students.
