I started the journey of yoga since school, but they were only at a physical level. But I realised and experienced the importance of yoga on mental health only when I started doing Masters in Yoga Therapy (). I also continued learning different styles of yoga namely Hatha yoga, Power yoga , Vinyasa flow, Kids yoga and Corporate Yoga.
