I've been teaching yoga for about 27 years. Every day I am grateful to have yoga in my life, and am equally grateful to be able to share it with others. I have practiced many styles of yoga over the years, and I appreciate the many different approaches and paths. The primary form of yoga I teach is based on the Amrit Method, created by Yogi Amrit Desai. I find it to be a very clear and complete path of yoga, which is true to Patanjali's eight limbs of yoga, or Ashtanga Yoga.
I also teach breath work, particularly the Full-Wave Joy Breath, which I have found to be an amazing tool to use both in the yoga practice and by itself to work with clarifying and manifesting intention.
