Currently, I’m teaching on average 6 classes per week as a freelance yoga teacher. I have been teaching already for 4 years and I am now specializing in yin yoga and children's yoga. My classes are since roughly one year also open for corporate yoga.

To wrap things up my strong points are:

• Consistency – I teach consistent classes every day, regardless of what’s going on in the studio or in my own life. I plan my classes well, I listen to students, and I am always “ switched on” when I walk into the room.

• Personal Attention – Students love personal attention and personalized help in class. I teach group classes, of course, but I always spend at least 15 minutes before and after class working 1-on-1 with students, talking about problem poses, and just generally supporting their growth.

• Community – Students come to yoga for more than just the poses. They are looking for community, friendship, and support. I love organizing special events such as massage and healing sessions and meditation dance workshops so that students really grow personally, but communally as well.
