Like many, Tabitha Rose was introduced to yoga during a much needed time in her life. It was through yoga that she truly started to understand her own body and mind, which in turn helped her become a stronger more present woman. After many years in the design industry, she decided to pursue the art of yoga. On a quest to discover herself, the world, and others, she took a year off to travel. Studying with local yogis along the way and she jumped at every opportunity to learn how the practice helps to unite us all. It was on this journey where she truly learned the powerful benefits of yoga. By becoming present and aware of our surroundings and our body we develop knowledge of our health and awareness of our mind. Upon returning in 2010, and deciding to dedicate herself to helping others live a healthier and more mindful lifestyle, she enrolled in the 200 hour intensive teacher training with Yoga Works in Santa Monica. Originally from Montana and Colorado she has a great love for the outdoors and home cooked meals. Tabitha host monthly retreats that bring all her passions together, yoga, music, hiking and farm fresh food.
