Tah Groen has been teaching for private and corporate clients in San Diego for over 20 years. Within that time, she has developed a nurturing hands-on approach to teaching, a comfortable style, rich with verbal cues regarding alignment of body, mind and spirit.

Her Vinyasa flow class is a perfect place for the beginner or advanced student. With Tah’s emphasis on the details of asana, using body awareness, breath flow, and a soft nurturing and compassionate tone, yoga becomes an essential element to lighten and gladden your spirit. Her attention is on the breath as the core of a transformative yoga practice. She states: “The inhale breath, vital to allowing the life force (Prana) in, and the exhale breath (Apana), both open doorways to releasing resistance. The inhale and exhale of breath are instrumental in maintaining a balance within the body. They allow a softening, and establish a foundation for the letting go of old, outdated patterns that no longer serve the higher self. Through intimate exploration of each pose as it transitions into the next, we find that each inhale and exhale reveals our true self hidden behind stagnant layers of resistance.”

Tah continues to explore and deepen her practice both on a physical and spiritual level.

In her quest for knowledge Tah has come across a fairly new and profound system of self-discovery based on your birth data called Human Design. By calculating the time and place of birth, Human Design reveals a unique two-dimensional body graph in the form of a mandala. Your Human Design chart will reveal the secrets hidden within your Auric field. If you are interested in Human Design/Law of Attraction coaching, please contact Tah.
