Originally from Wahroonga Sydney, Australia, Tais began her career as an interior stylist in the editorial department of a leading magazine in Sydney. An adventurous spirit she left to sail around the Mediterranean & Caribbean for 8 years while in her 20s. Later she moved to New York City as a food writer & food photographer.
A yogi & avid foodie, a wanderer, a well-travelled woman who’s me so many other beautiful and like-minded yogis. She has learnt many variations and styles: yin, restorative, Ashtanga & Vinyasa. The realisation that this was her calling finally inspired her to become a Yoga Instructor and deepen her self-practice. Yoga is such a fabulous way to strengthen, focus, lighten, vitalize, find balance & best of all age gracefully.
Tais is an extraordinary, adventurous soul by nature, Tais can cook, sail, swim the deep blue ocean. She loves sipping delicious Turmeric Latte, nurturing new friendships, connecting with new faces, and encouraging individuals to be more confident in the journey of life, to discover self-achievement, & to aim to better themselves.
It is no secret that Tais is one very positive, vibrant person; she has a big love for the sea, and yoga lifts her spirit gracefully. Yoga and the ocean calms & compliments her style of practice, and others feed off her light & energy.
“You don’t find yoga, yoga finds you ”
