Originally from New Zealand, I became a yoga teacher in 2014 after a six week course at a school in Rishi Kesh, India.
I focus mainly on private clients who can choose whether I come to their home, or they come to mine. I also do group classes.
My emphasis is on yoga as a spiritual practice for balancing mind, body and spirit. It is a time to cease all self-criticism and self-judgement, to challenge yet accept the abilities and limits of our amazing bodies today. It's a time to rejuvenate, meditate and to come away feeling wonderful.
