Love and light

Every time I feel like I'm home Tamara is an amazing Instructor, her soul is surrounded with love and light. One of the best experiences in my life was to begin being part of the beautiful community and beautiful people at Vinyasa Arts. Love and Light ❤️

Rockstar Teacher who Makes You Feel at Home

Tamara is an amazing teacher that takes the time to get to know her students as well as showing up authentically as who she really is. She explains things clearly as well as show them. I love her adjustments!!! <3
