Tameka Buckley is an internationally accredited Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and has been practicing Hatha Yoga for 12 years. Drawn to Yoga for its mental and emotional benefits she quickly found that a dynamic Vinyasa style of Yoga resonated with her most. She is constantly amazed by Yoga's ability to short circuit negative mental and emotional patterns both in her students and in herself.
Tameka has completed studies in Mind-Body Medicine, Reiki and Meditation. She is passionate about empowering people to live their best lives possible.
