I have been a “front row” fitness enthusiast my entire life and have a passion to assist and motivate people to live healthy and happy lives in mind, body and spirit. I have been teaching group exercise classes since 2000 with a particular fondness for spinning, body pump and yoga.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 hr level and a certified Personal Trainer, spin and body pump instructor. I recently completed the Perfect Health Ayurvedic Lifestyle Certification course at the Chopra Center.
I continue to study and practice yoga and mindfulness and am looking to blend my fitness and yoga training to assist clients in achieving their goals.
I teach a mindful or meditative style of yoga encouraging all participants to honor themselves as they are both on and off their yoga mats.
