What can you expect in my classes:
- Style of yoga varies but generally based on Hatha or Vinyassa and alignment focus
- Beginners to Intermediate levels. Adjustments/Options are available for all
- Warm and friendly environment
- Stretch, strengthen and de-stress
I am also available for private and smaller groups.
