Was invited to my first yoga class by a friend in 2008 and knew that I wanted to experience and explore more. Ever since that first class, have been practicing daily and can't see my life without yoga. It has brought many benefits to my body, mind and spirit.
As yoga has and does help me in so many ways, I love to share and teach Yoga to anyone who is open to experience and explore their own transformation.
In my spare time, I love to volunteer, take photographs and enjoy life and all it's wonder. Have two dogs who are my best buddies (they rule the house), but they are lovable and fun to have around.
Passionate about eating healthy and my favorite lunch spot is OYP Co-Op Café right here in my hometown of Fort Pierce!
