After discovering the stress relief and other physical benefits of yoga practice , I became an instructor. I enjoy teaching hot vinyasa flow as well as beginner yoga classes. Anatomy is of special focus as is the scientifically proven studies of yogic benefits. My goal is to facilitate safe, accessible yoga practice for stress relief and to build both strength and flexibility in each individual student's practice.
