I first began my practice of yoga in 1991 and felt at home. It’s a way of remembering what it feels like to be balanced and seated in life.

My classes begin with centring and breathing exercises followed by a flow that combines breath and movement and slow stretches that build strength and flexibility in body and mind. Classes close with a guided relaxation to absorb the benefits of the postures and experience deep rest.
