I teach Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness in Berkshire - Wokingham and Binfield.

My focus my classes is to guide each individual into the present moment - into the show up for their precious life. To connect the body and the mind is a beautiful practice. I like to invite the people in my class to work with their body and mind - to befriend them and join them together in unity.

I use a variety of yoga practices within my classes - pranayama, nidra, visualisation and meditation, asana.

I also run Retreats in the UK and Spain.
