I have been practicing yoga since 2000. I enjoy the mind, body, soul connection and spiritual quality it adds to ones daily life. In our busy, rushed and stressful worlds, it is imperative that we take time out for ourselves - to recharge, reconnect and re-energise our beings. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, good nutrition, exercise and service are all practices that I endeavour to live by.
