Tanya is a practising yogini since 2000, and received her Yoga TTC200 Certification with Distinction in Raja Yoga in 2008. In 2014, Tanya received her Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT®) Certification. She has developed a Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Course as well as programmes for children.
Tanya holds a BA (Hons) Psych. Degree, BWRT® Certification, Diplomas in Nutrition, and is a Reiki Master; bringing together these modalities for a holistic understanding of the body and mind.
Tanya brings her experience as an athlete, as well as working with clients with various conditions and injuries, to cater for all body types. She teaches yoga, stretch and meditation classes and facilitates retreats.
