Tanya is a practising yogini since 2000, and received her Yoga TTC200 Certification with Distinction in Raja Yoga in 2008. In 2014, Tanya received her Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT®) Certification. In 2017, she completed Sadie Nardini's Yoga Shred™ Teacher Training course and is Yoga Shred™-Trained.
Tanya has developed a Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Course as well as programmes for children. She has practised a wide range of yoga styles including, Astanga, Baptiste, Bikram, Hatha, Iyengar, Forrest, Jivamukti, Kundalini, Power, Sivananda, Tibetan, Yin Yoga and Yoga Shred™.
Tanya holds a BA (Hons) Psych. Degree, BWRT® Certification, Diplomas in Nutrition, and is a Reiki Master; bringing together these modalities for a holistic understanding of the body and mind.
She brings her experience as an athlete, as well as working with clients with various conditions and injuries, to cater for all body types. Tanya teaches Hatha, Core Flow, Yin and Yoga Shred™-Inspired yoga and meditation classes; and facilitates retreats.
