A Colorado native, Tara Beck began practicing yoga as the fluidity was similar to that of dancing which she loved and grew up doing and also as a way to heal. After about a year and a half of home practice, Tara decided to embark on Teacher Training. Tara completed her 200hr Teacher Training with Core Power Yoga in the summer of 2014 and another 50 additional hours of extended Teacher Training in June of 2015. In addition she has completed various instructional workshops throughout Colorado. She has taught classes at Studio Share as well as Core Power Yoga. She was also a part of Studio Shares Teacher Training program as a mentor, instructing and assisting those who are enrolled for completion of their yoga teacher training certification. Tara instructs a fluid medley of classes beginning with the traditional 26 posture, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, all the way to recently beginning to instruct SUP yoga classes. Tara also just completed her certification of Barre Yoga. She has been featured here on YogaTrail; as well as she is an ambassador for AltarEgo Yoga Apparel. Tara is active in the Pueblo community and other Southern Colorado communities; and in being so introduces Yoga to pretty much whomever she comes in contact with. She strives through her delicate yet tenacious spirit to be able to inspire others see their abilities from the inside out, not just only in the studio but also outside of out of it. Tara is also the mother of two beautiful children whom inspire her each and every day.
