Tara is a certified Yoga Instructor with a passion to develop healthier and happier lives for her students. She teaches a fun vinyasa flow style of yoga with variations to meet all levels. Yoga has been a part of her life for 9 years and she has been teaching for 3 years. Tara believes that yoga is essential for healing the body, mind, and soul through the integration of breath and movement, and tuning into yourself at a deeper level. Tara's passions also include traveling and hosting International yoga retreats, combining yoga and adventure.
