Tara Kestner is a registered yoga instructor who specializes in working with athletes of all ages and levels. She designs programs based upon specific sport requirements and challenges. Utiliizing the principle that strength plus flexibility equals power, her classes give athletes the tools they need to enhance their performance.
Her overall goal is not to turn athletes into yogis, but to make yoga accessible and useful to help them meet their goals. Knowing the best ability any athlete can have is availability, Tara's programs help prevent injuries and promote recovery.
Tara is the owner of Next Level Yoga, Ltd. which is committed to designing yoga programs to help people improve their performance in sports and life. She is a regular instructor at the JCC/YMCA in Sylvania, Ohio and the Wolf Creek YMCA in Maumee, Ohio. She also teaches at LA Fitness at both the Toledo and Maumee locations.
