I started taking yoga in 2001. Began teaching in 2003. The yoga journey has changed my life, helped me through a lot of troubling years, and has helped me heal. I now take what I have learned and try to help others.
I believe in the practice as a form of exercise. This was the reason I started doing it. I was first a fitness instructor. I started with power yoga to sweat, strengthen and gain flexibility.
Now, I also believe in the practice as a way to heal the body, mind and soul.
