I have been teaching Yoga for just over 20 years, in Belgium, Aruba and now England.
I teach paddleboard yoga too , known as SUP yoga and my yoga has been strongly influenced by the work of Vanda Scaravelli. I also love my monthly Family AcroYoga classes, combining animal yoga, massaged and breathing games.
I am known as a Movement Therapist locally and combine yoga moves and massage to create a therapeutic workout that is popular with the older folk especially with Stroke and Parkinson's people.
I also teach classes for mums with their new babies; a combo of post natal exercises for mums, groovy moves to songs and rhymes for the babes. My love for sports makes me interested in the other aspects of yoga and on the paddleboard I really feel the the subtle elements of yoga are reflected on the water.
