They say you have to learn to walk before you run, but I managed to dance first. I've been a student of all kinds of movement practices since I was ’m fascinated by the unlimited potential that the human body holds and love to combine body positivity and movement. I came to yoga through recovery from an injury and began developing my practice and learning more about the human body by studying osteopathy at university. In 2013, I decided to embark on my yoga teaching journey at Power Living Yoga in Melbourne, Australia. I have come to realize that the body is an incredible unit capable of healing itself. As my journey progresses, I want to teach and share with other people how incredible (and fun) their bodies are and how amazing we are designed to feel.
