I found myself at a crossroads in my life and having overcome a number of physical hurdles I found solace in my regular yoga practice. Given the opportunity to take my yoga to the next level I now looks forward to teaching others, growing both in my own practice and helping others achieve a better balance between mind, body and soul. I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years. My teaching offers meditation/mindfulness, breathing techniques, postures and relaxation. A fun, flow style yoga for beginner to advanced clients in a beautiful glass studio surrounded by tall trees on a tranquil Eco-estate.
