I have been practicing Svaroopa® yoga since 2007. I immediately appreciated how Svaroopa® yoga helped me to turn inward and become more aware of both my physical and mental state. Svaroopa® yoga classes have consistently helped me to quiet my mind and return to a state of calm and contentment from which to approach a busy life. In 2013, I pursued training to teach Svaroopa® yoga. I am currently certified at the 200-hour level. I am also certified to work with students individually as an Embodyment® Yoga Therapist.
