Teaching yoga has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I love sharing these powerful teachings, kriyas, mantras, pranayama practices and meditations. I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for over 10 years now and it has had a profound effect on my life in so many ways. Mentally, I have become more focused, more confident and less stressed. Physically, I am stronger and have more energy than ever before. Spiritually, I feel more connected to my soul and Creator. Instead of waiting for spiritual experiences to happen we can experience them regularly through daily yoga and meditation practice!
