A California native and old soul at heart, Taylor slowing things down and taking time to enjoy the small moments. Taylor discovered yoga during college after undergoing two serious knee surgeries, using yoga as a way to heal old scar tissue and stay in shape. After a couple years of on and off practice, a friend suggested she enroll in teacher training, and she embarked on a journey that would change her life forever. Initially the intention was to solely deepen her practice but much to her surprise, she loved teaching and couldn't wait to share this newly found gift with others. With a grateful heart, Taylor views every class as a way to help others find more meaning in their own practice and take what they learn during class off the mat and into the world.
