I came to Yoga in 2001. I immediately found that a regular practice helped to alleviate depression, lethargy and tiredness. Continuing my practice, l eventually found the benefits were countless, and I began to transform physically and spiritually from the inside out. Wanting to share this experience with others, I found the most effective way was to teach the techniques I had learned, so I became a teacher. I completed the 500 hour Hatha Yoga training with Bikram Choudhury, and later completed the 4 week Teacher training at the Sivananda Vedanta center in Quebec Canada.
