My teaching style is all about welcoming my students into their own skin. I teach body awareness, but more than that, I teach body love, and loving the present moment, just as it is. Just as they are. Through a blend of vinyasa flow yoga and trauma-releasing techniques my instruction aims to help students clear a space inside of themselves big enough for their truth to bloom into. My hope is that students leave my class feeling whole, alive, free, and infinitely worthy of the space they take up. I have a background in trauma-focused psychology and crisis counseling. On a personal note, I love animals, nature and poetry. You can find me with my 3 dogs, 4 cats, a wild hog named Charlie, and 8 horses on the coast of Ecuador.
