Argentinian native, my first yoga experience was 13 years ago. I have spent my entire life being physically active, in particular competing in Figure Skating and Field Hockey. Yoga came to my life during a period that I needed to learn to slow down and listen to my body. In 2012, I suffered a very bad hamstring injury, forcing me into a period where I could no longer play sport. A conversation with a colleague led her to realise her dream of travelling to and training in India and in 2015 I completed my 200hr YTT in Rishikesh. After I realised that it was just the beginning and that Yoga is so much more than a physical practice, it is deeper and more holistic than that, it is constant discovery and learning. The following year she completed Advanced YTT 300 hr in Rishikesh, India. “I now know I will always be a student of yoga, and hope to continue to share my love for the practice with others.”
My current classes vary from Hatha mixed levels, Slow vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yoga for Sports and Corporate Yoga to Yin and one to one.
My experience as a Reiki practitioner influences her classes.
In 2018 I completed 30 hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training and I am currently doing Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training, to be completed in 2019.
