With a background in biology and psychology, I have always been interested in seeking ways to merge the inner and outer parts of ourselves. Through the practice of yoga, I have found this union, joining both science and spirit. A forever student, my approach to life and to yoga is a journey of self- inquiry and transformation. I believe that practicing yoga offers the opportunity to deepen one’s understanding of self, while honoring and celebrating our bodies as we move with breath and attention to alignment. My classes encourage students to take the skills, challenges, and experiences we have on our mats and apply them to our everyday lives.
