I am grateful to be able to share Yoga with any BODY who can breathe. Showing up is the hardest pose and I value the time you share with me so my "style" of Yoga is a breath based blend of dynamic movements, fun, balance, strength and meditation that leaves you feeling both energized and relaxed. Our practice on the mat is designed to help you enhance your life off the mat, it's not about how you look in class it's how you FEEL body, mind & smile.
My training: 200 Hour RYT from YogaFit, 500 Hour Advanced Teacher Training with Pranakriya Yoga, additional training in Restorative Yoga Therapy and Stress Management. ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Spinning Instructor and Team Trainer for OCHS Boys Track & Field.
I began NJ Beach YOGA in 2007 offering All Levels Classes on the Beach all Summer and at a variety of locations inside all year long. Our NJ Beach Yoga mantra is "Ride rather than Resist the Waves". Come flow with us!
