Teri Roseman, BA, YTRx-500C, POLY-500, CYT, RYT-500, is the executive director and founder, of LiveYoga Wellness. She is a native New Yorker living in Los since 1980. Teri took her first Yoga class at Rancho La Puerta, in Baja California in the mid-1980’s and became a serious student while overcoming a crisis with breast cancer in 2003.
She received her BA from California Institute of Integral Studies, is a graduate of the Yoga Therapy Rx program at Loyola Marymount University, and Yoga Teacher trainings led by Dr. Christopher Chapple, and Tamal Dodge. In addition she completed a year long internship at Tensegrity Yoga Therapy with Sherry Brourman and Leslie Kazadi. She is currently enrolled in Yoga Therapy Rx IV, as well as, Jasmine Lieb’s liv-INg-yoga 1000-hour Yoga training.
In addition to hosting workshops and seminars, Teri works one-on-one with clients, teaches group and corporate classes, and teaches the Business of Yoga course requirement for certified Yoga Teacher trainings.
She is an accomplished communicator, adept at developing long-term professional relationships and bringing problem-solving expertise to diverse disciplines, whether in the Yoga studio or the boardroom. She brings over twenty years experience as a seasoned executive in management, sales, marketing, and public relations and extensive fund-raising and leadership experience with significant industry, professional and non-profit organizations.
Teri has been incorporating Young Living essential oils into her Yoga practice and general health and wellness regime for over a decade. Most recently she created a xeriscape/edible oasis to live within. As a member of the advisory board, Teri devotes part of her time to the Expedition Inspiration Fund for Breast Cancer Research.
