Take your yoga off the mat and into the air! A fun way to stretch, strengthen and invert. We will practice standing postures as well as deep hip and shoulder openings and wonderful spine lengthening inversions during our antigravity adventure.
A great way to end a stressful and calming music, postures will be focused on the hips, low back and legs and held for 3-5 minutes. Cushions and bolsters to get you comfortable and fully supported for the wonderful passive practice of yin.
