Hello everyone! I have been in movement all of my life going from hanging upside in trees to hanging upside down in a yoga swing! I honestly discovered yoga in 2007 upon hiring a lovely yoga teacher . I dove into Iyengar in the south of France and was so inspired by my teacher that I undertook Yoga teacher training in 2012.
