I have been practicing & studying yoga for over 7 years and studying and learning Amazonian Shamanism for over 3 years. I moved to the Peruvian Amazon in 2014 to continue learning and sharing my love for the shamanic arts, the medicine and yoga. By incorporating the shamanic arts into the yoga practice, it creates a true space for healing, growth, learning and transformation. The physical practice is mostly hatha with a vinyasa flow. Focus is on connecting with the heart and breath to bring back the natural flow of the body's energy.
