I'm a 500-hour teacher registered with Yoga Alliance since 2011. I teach every weekday morning at West River Yoga Studio. My classes are gentle, and designed to give you an all-over practice in strengthening, stretching, and balancing poses. You will be encouraged to coordinate your breath with your movements, and to make it part of your practice to deeply honor your body's individuality. My beginner classes are appropriate for absolute beginners and we do fewer poses and more talking about each post. Gentle class is the next step, with more poses but less talking. Intermediate is for those with a moderate practice who can get into asanas with little instruction. I welcome you to my classes, in whatever shape you're in.
