I'm a 500-hour teacher registered with Yoga Alliance since 2011. I teach in my home. My classes are gentle, and designed to give you an all-over practice in strengthening, stretching, and balancing poses. You will be encouraged to coordinate your breath with your movements, and to make it part of your practice to deeply honor your body's individuality. My beginner classes are appropriate for absolute beginners, intermediate is for those with a moderate practice who can get into asanas with little instruction.
