My love affair with and passion for Yoga led her me receive my Yoga Alliance approved 200 hour teacher certification in December 2013. My classes are centered around the Universal Principles of Alignment and include the following styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative, and Yin. Along with the physical practice, I infuse Yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, love, and laughter. I currently teach private yoga classes.
I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist, Professional Dancer/Choreographer and have an MS in Exercise Science.
