I teach Hatha (body) YOGA classes and Jnana (Wisdom) YOGA workshops. I am classically trained in the ancient tradition of YOGA as a pathway to self-realization and higher awareness. Every pose has a mental, physical, and spiritual benefit. By the end of a Hatha Class, students are physically aligned, mentally calm, and spiritually awakened. These days, I prioritize the teaching of active older adults like myself. I offer private and easy-does-it group classes that are gentle and relaxing.
