I had been practicing yoga for no more than a year when it changed my life. In only a few short months I was completely cured of the anxiety I had been suffering with since childhood, and was experiencing a sense of fulfillment and physical health I had never known before. I had taken a look at all of the mental and physical benefits that had been brought to my life through my yoga practice, and knew I wanted to spread them to as many people as possible. In August of 2011, I enrolled in a 200 hour certification program at registered yoga school, Reflections Yoga Center, where I graduated from in February of 2012. I have since studied under some extraordinary teachers who have helped deepen my knowledge of, and love for, the path of yoga. I now teach several forms of Hatha yoga at my studio, Yoga on Wolf. All of my classes are open level so stop in and see me anytime!
