Her 200 hr. She is also a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition & an Wellcoach.
Teri’s methods encourage her clients to progress utilizing a combination of fitness, yoga & visualization which helps them make lasting changes which carry over into their everyday life & provides them with confidence to take on new challenges.
As a children’s yoga teacher, her dedication to children extends to their families and communities.
By sharing experiences in fitness and fun, she believes yoga can teach children to honor, identify & respond to their emotions appropriately thereby creating cooperation with the their family & friends.
She also believes that the challenges offered in children’s yoga sessions can bolster self - esteem & help kids believe in their potential to succeed. She hopes to encourage a culture of kindness, mindfulness & confidence which enriches all areas of everyone's life.
