Thomas discovered Vinyassa yoga in 2009 where he found relief from chronic pain, increased flexibility and raised awareness. He holds international teaching credentials through the Kundalini Research Institute and he enjoys practicing and teaching many styles of yoga. He began teaching yoga to the public in 2015 at Tripower Yoga.
His classes are engaging, inspiring, meditative, and rejuvenating. His goal is to guide students to greater awareness both on and off the mat through asana, breath, and meditation.
